The Kindergarten and Pre-Primary students have been studying the work of some famous artists.  They looked at some paintings by Vincent Van Gogh and noticed that he painted a lot of flowers.  In response, the children went to their own patch of flowers, the bush space at the back of our property which is currently in full spring bloom. They selected some flowers that they could paint for themselves.

 

The children worked from their own paint palettes, mixing their own shades of colour.
